Pre-Licensed Master's Level Counselor

My ideal client is curious and wishes to understand themselves more deeply. I generally work with children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, life transitions, relationship struggles, trauma, and/or patterns that may leave them feeling struck. Many want to feel more in control of their emotions, reduce the weight of the stress they're holding, build self-compassion, and learn ways to cope, with the hope of moving toward a more meaningful, connected, and fulfilling life.

I offer a compassionate, authentic, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I pride myself on fostering a safe, accepting, and nonjudgmental space where you can express and explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences freely and at your own pace. I utilize a variety of approaches based on each client’s unique experiences and needs, including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness based and somatic techniques. I use these approaches to support greater mindfulness, self-awareness, and understanding while providing education to help you make sense of your experiences in a humanizing and compassionate way.

I believe counseling is a collaborative relationship. You know yourself best, and I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, acceptance, and curiosity as we work towards your goals at a pace that feels right for you. Reaching out can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to carry it alone. When you’re ready, I’m here to support you.
