Clinical Therapist, Co-Owner
she/her

I work with children, teens, and young adults to help them become their best selves while effectively communicating progress to parents and caregivers.
I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients and I currently hold an ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) Certification, which has expanded my knowledge and techniques to provide quality care for clients who are learning how to better manage ADHD symptoms.
In sessions, I provide education and practice for understanding how our brains operate, utilizing coping strategies, naming thoughts and feelings, increasing self-awareness, and developing communication skills. Over time, your child will strengthen these practical capabilities, which will help them succeed now and well into adulthood.
I value the comfort and confidentiality of your family. My therapeutic environment is a safe space for children to better understand themselves, including their strengths, differences, or areas for improvement.
We all have heard the phrase “it takes a village” to raise a child and I believe that therapists can be a valued member of that "village." Therapy can be a scary endeavour and an incredibly important choice for a family when deciding which clinician to work with. I value this decision and am happy to support your family's specific needs and goals. I look forward to hearing from you and working together.
Available for sessions in Morris office and via telehealth.
