Beth Ontrop, MSW, LSW
Clinical Therapist
She/Her
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, everyday stress, or a sense of feeling “off” or not quite like themselves. I understand that each person’s experience is unique, and I approach therapy with flexibility—what works for one person may not be the right fit for another.

My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, with an emphasis on self-compassion and meaningful, realistic goal-setting. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches, tailoring these tools to each individual’s needs, goals, and pace.

I strive to create a supportive and collaborative space while gently challenging patterns that may no longer be serving you well. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build on what’s already working, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change. Many clients find that therapy becomes something they look forward to as they experience relief, renewed hope, and a clearer sense of direction.
