Emma holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, with a therapeutic background in Psychodynamic theory and Existentialism. She is skilled in utilizing mindfulness techniques, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Emma's professional experience includes working with individuals struggling with addiction and mental health disorders, particularly in an inpatient residential setting treating adult men with co-occurring diagnoses. She has provided individual and group therapy addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, communication skills, identity development, self-esteem and more.
Emma provides a holistic, person-centered approach that focuses on self-exploration and provides a means of healing and positive growth. With this approach, her clients experience the influential therapeutic relationship as a versatile and valuable tool as they receive treatment for their presenting concerns. She is here to support her clients in any way that she can.
