Jessica Anderson-Gonzalez, LCSW
Psychotherapist
I have a special interest in working with children, adolescents and young adults who feel like they are working harder than their peers to do day-to-day tasks which can leave them feeling like everyone else is living effortlessly. Whether their struggles include executive functioning, anxiety, depression or a life event that is preoccupying their thoughts, I hope to be a safe place for discussing the hard things. The work done in session then leads to lightbulb moments that come to life outside of the therapy room.
I hope to help my clients feel better equipped to cultivate healthier thought patterns and behaviors. Through cognitive behavioral techniques, I aim to improve self-awareness and action towards individualized goals. Using dialectical behavior therapy techniques, I prioritize meeting the client where they are at in their own journey and helping them accept their unique situations while also learning how to regulate themselves during heightened moments of emotion.

I specialize in providing therapy to neurodivergent children and adolescents. My favorite part of being a clinician is seeing the person become motivated through their own hard work and feeling more comfortable and accepting of themselves.
